The City of Philadelphia is investing in a resilient future and WSP USA is thrilled to support them in that effort. Our team has been selected to partner with the City’s Office of Emergency Management to update its 2017 All-Hazard Mitigation Plan (HMP). The HMP identifies local natural and human-made risks and vulnerabilities and provides long-term strategies to protect people and property. The plan is essential to breaking the cycle of disaster damage, response and recovery.

“We are excited to partner with the Office of Emergency Management to help Philadelphians prepare for the healthiest, safest and best future possible,” said deputy project manager, Alma Siulagi.
