KARACHI, PAKISTAN - October 21, 2026 - PRESSADVANTAGE -

1Pay.pk, the payment aggregation and technology brand of Setlexor Services (Private) Limited, has issued a four-stage review for merchants in Pakistan adding a sales website to an existing business. The voluntary framework brings business approval, technical configuration, transaction tracking and customer support into one launch record before the additional site begins accepting payments.

The review extends the company's earlier onboarding material to expansion after the first website is live. It addresses a specific planning problem: reusing a functioning integration can leave questions about a second site's approval and operating responsibilities unresolved. The complete review is set out in this statement for business owners coordinating the work with finance and development teams.

The first stage records the business behind the additional website. It identifies the domain, trading name, catalogue and fulfilment arrangements, together with the legal entity responsible for the sales. A second site selling a different range of goods is an illustrative use case: the merchant records that difference instead of assuming that the first site's approval covers it.

Existing 1Pay merchants can raise the planned addition through their agreed support route or the company's published support address, Support@1pay.pk. The initial enquiry should identify the merchant reference and proposed domain; sensitive documents should follow the channel specified for the review. The company coordinates its service requirements, with any partner-dependent authorization handled under the applicable arrangement.

“A second website needs a clear owner and a clear place in the payment arrangement,” said Arshad Syed Muhammad, Founder and CEO of 1Pay.pk. “The business should explain what the new site sells and who is responsible for its orders. Copying an integration from the first website does not answer those questions.”

The second stage covers technical configuration. The developer confirms the provider's instructions for the additional domain, permitted return addresses and payment-status messages. A connection copied from the first installation should be checked against those instructions, including how credentials are protected and which staff may access them. Testing follows the approved process for the merchant's service.

The third stage establishes transaction tracking. Finance staff need a reliable way to identify which website generated an order, particularly where separate stores use similar order numbers. The review connects each site's order reference with its payment reference and confirms where staff can investigate an exception. Automatic reporting by domain is not assumed where it has not been verified.

The fourth stage assigns customer support. The merchant identifies who handles delivery enquiries, unresolved payments and refund requests for the additional site. Customers should find the responsible business and contact route in the checkout journey. If the payment recipient appears under a different name, staff obtain the confirmed explanation before using it in customer communications.

Each stage closes with a named owner and a recorded outcome. The launch record distinguishes a request that has been submitted from one that has been confirmed, and a technical test from business authorization. Any remaining dependency is assigned to the team able to resolve it before the merchant relies on the new payment journey.

The proposed launch record identifies who confirms business approval, who checks the integration and who handles customer enquiries once the additional site accepts orders. Any unresolved dependency remains recorded against its responsible team. Earlier transactions retain their original references and support route even if the merchant later changes the trading name or closes one of its websites.

The guidance builds on the company's earlier onboarding and integration framework at https://pressadvantage.com/story/102075-1pay-pk-publishes-two-track-framework-for-merchant-onboarding-and-payment-integration. It applies that distinction between business approval and technical readiness to an additional sales website. The statement does not announce automatic multi-site approval, a new application portal or a standard deadline for reviewing changes.

1Pay.pk is a brand of Setlexor Services (Private) Limited providing merchant payment connectivity and related technology, described at https://1pay.pk/services.
