The company’s new services provide comprehensive diesel injector testing solutions for haulage fleet operators and other clients in the commercial and industrial sectors.
“We test all of these injectors on the newest electronic diesel injector test bench: the Hartridge AVM-2 PC,” explained the company. “This machine also has the HK1500 cam box attached. That combination of high-technology equipment enables us to test and repair your injectors and pumps to OEM (original equipment manufacturer) standards, complete with new coding. This ensures optimum performance and efficiency once refitted to your engines.”
Using advanced processes, Extract Engineering can diagnose any diesel injector issue in its early stages, thus preventing potentially costly repairs and reducing long-term costs. Additionally, with growing fuel costs, the new services will also help haulage companies improve overall fuel efficiency – as injector issues can account for a 5-10% decrease in mileage.
