The conference will take place November 2–5, 2025, in Las Vegas, and is expected to draw more than 2,000 attendees from across the country.
Mary Josephs, Founder and CEO, will speak on Monday, November 3 at 1:40 p.m. as part of the panel discussion, “Legacy ESOPs: Web Industries: Challenges, Evolution, and Opportunities for Multi-Generational ESOP Companies.” The session will explore the evolution of a long-standing ESOP company, tracing its journey from formation prior to the enactment of S-Corp ESOP legislation through decades of growth and transformation.
