30+ year insurance industry veteran serves real estate owners, operators and developers nationwide

Gary Pestana has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Managing Director, Alliant Specialty, within the company’s Real Estate & Hospitality specialty vertical. Based in Charlotte, NC, Pestana provides strategic risk management services to real estate owners, operators and developers nationwide.

Pestana has 30+ years’ experience in designing risk management programs for public and private real estate companies. Experienced in environmental, property, liability and construction insurance, Pestana’s insurance career originated in engineering and environmental consulting.

Pestana previously served as Managing Director – Real Estate for a leading insurance brokerage and consulting firm. He earned an MBA in corporate finance and strategy from Drucker School of Management.
