JMP Group LLC (NYSE: JMP), an investment banking and alternative asset management firm, announced today that its board of directors has declared a special cash dividend of $5,000,000 in aggregate to be paid on or before Wednesday, November 17, 2021, to common shareholders of record as of Monday, November 15, 2021.

Based on 19,958,495 common shares outstanding as of November 3, 2021, the distribution would equal approximately $0.25 per share.
