Capitol AI Appoints Gabe Martin as Vice President of Partnerships

Strategic leadership hire reflects Capitol AI’s expansion of its enterprise platform

Capitol AI, the enterprise AI platform helping institutions turn complex information into clear, decision-ready insight, announced the appointment of Gabe Martin as Vice President of Partnerships. In this newly created role, Martin will lead Capitol AI’s partnership strategy as the company scales its platform across enterprise, media, government and public-sector organizations.

“Partnerships are central to how we plan to scale the business,” said Shaun Modi, CEO and founder of Capitol AI. “Organizations working in high-stakes environments need intelligence they can trust where accuracy, context and accountability matter. Gabe brings a rare combination of strategic vision and executional rigor, with deep experience building partnerships that deliver real enterprise value. As we expand our ecosystem and enter our next phase of growth, his leadership will be critical to extending our reach and impact.”

Martin brings a strong track record of building and scaling high-impact partnerships across the technology and education sectors. Most recently, he served as head of university partnerships & business development across the U.S. and Latin America at Coursera, where he led strategic collaborations that expanded institutional relationships, strengthened platform offerings, and supported global growth. His experience spans partner development, go-to-market strategy and long-term alliance management in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

In his role at Capitol AI, Martin will focus on forging strategic enterprise and technology partnerships, developing scalable go-to-market programs. This will not only strengthen Capitol’s ability to support adoption in priority use cases, but advance trust, explainability and decision confidence across its outputs.

“Capitol AI is addressing one of the most urgent challenges facing modern institutions: how to move from overwhelming volumes of data to trusted, actionable intelligence,” said Martin. “The opportunity to build a partner environment around a platform that prioritizes context, transparency, and real-world impact is significant. I look forward to working with customers and partners to extend the reach of the platform and accelerate adoption at scale.”

Martin’s appointment marks the first in a series of planned senior hires as Capitol AI continues to invest in leadership and talent, reflecting the company’s strong growth trajectory, its ability to attract experienced operators and its role supporting the continued expansion of the AI market.
