In March 2026, RTZK's Changsha R&D Center welcomed two groups of visitors from afar——a partner delegation from Thailand and a team of technical experts from Inner Mongolia——who participated in the first and second phases of distributor-specific training.
Phase 1 – March 13, 2026
A delegation from Thailand, led by Chairman Mr. Atsanee Miyaphan, visited China specifically to attend an in-depth distributor training.
Theoretical Foundation:
On the first day of the training, RTZK's senior experts provided detailed instruction on asphalt Mixing Plant product knowledge, core processes, and key structural components, along with a systematic overview of construction waste recycling. The training covered equipment principles, process flows, core components, and intelligent controls, all tailored to the specific needs of the Thai market, earning high recognition from the delegation.
Site Visit:
On March 14, the delegation traveled to Anhua in Yiyang to observe the operation of an Asphalt Plant model 3015. They then proceeded to Xiangtan for a close-up look at the exceptional performance of an integrated asphalt plant model 4020. The roar of machinery, the smooth production line, and the clean working environment prompted the Thai visitors to frequently capture the scene with their phones.
Beyond the training, the marketing manager led the Thai guests through the streets and alleys of Changsha, offering them a taste of authentic Hunan cuisine. They also visited Shaoshan, the hometown of Chairman Mao, allowing the delegation to experience Hunan's unique historical culture and urban vitality.
Phase 2
The Inner Mongolian team returned for this phase of training, bringing with them on-site operational experience and requirements for future upgrades.
Theoretical Enhancement:
On March 20, the Inner Mongolian team engaged in in-depth discussions with RTZK's technical experts throughout the day. During the training, the engineering team shared their expertise comprehensively, covering topics ranging from mixer principles and recycling drum technology to metering accuracy control and environmental system maintenance, thoroughly explaining the core technologies behind asphalt equipment. Both sides engaged in detailed discussions on key topics such as high-value utilization of construction waste from equipment, efficient operation, and intelligent maintenance, combining theoretical exploration with practical exercises.
On-Site Training:
On the morning of March 21, the technical team traveled to Xiangtan to observe the integrated asphalt plant model 4020 in operation. From raw material feeding to finished product output, and from the environmental system to the intelligent control panel, RTZK experts provided on-site answers to questions, seamlessly integrating theoretical knowledge with practical application.
This reunion, spanning over 1,600 kilometers from Inner Mongolia to Changsha, exemplified a partnership forged through equipment, strengthened by mutual trust in quality, and deepened by shared values. Outside of the training sessions, the visitors toured Yuelu Mountain and experienced the culture of the Hunan region, blending technical exchange with friendship in the spring atmosphere.
