'Leading With Love' from the Global Institute for Coaches & Entrepreneurs is a boutique-style global conference focused on empowering heart-centered leaders

FARMERS BRANCH, Texas - Aug. 28, 2023 - PRLog -- To truly succeed in business and life, you have to unleash the power of love.

This simple message is the focus of a leadership conference returning this fall to Dallas.

"Leading with Love Boutique-Style Conference 2023: Unleashing the Power of Love for Success in Business and Life" is a global conference and networking event focused on empowering heart-centered leaders.

The two-day conference, organized by the Global Life Coach Training and Entrepreneur Institute (GIC&E INC) and powered by Simply LaKendra Enterprises, will be held November 3 - 4 at the Brookhaven Country Club (3333 Golfing Green Drive in Farmers Branch).

Leading with Love will galvanize leaders from all walks of life as they explore how compassion, empathy, and connection can unlock potential and create lasting positive impact in the professional and personal spheres.

The conference will include keynote speeches by influential leaders, case studies showcasing extraordinary success stories, panel discussions, interactive workshops, a red carpet awards ceremony, and opportunities to network with like-minded leaders.

The goal is to challenge conventional leadership models by placing love at the forefront.

Last year, GIC&E INC launched the inaugural Leading With Love conference to remarkable success. Proceeds from the conference benefitted several charitable organizations, including Hunger Free Philippines, The Sanctuary, Daliso Foundation, and Xplosive Grenades Step and Dance Company, with time commitments dedicated to Arlington Life Shelter.

Proceeds from this year's conference will benefit the Dreamseekers Foundation, founded by actor Jason Mitchell. Smalley, Mitchell, and educator Doris Morehead-Jones have joined forces to empower underprivileged youth of AISD (Arlington Independent School District), addressing ways to manage high levels of stress and their mental health while pursuing their dreams.
