Nashville's The Liege Waffle Co. owner Tristan Chiu went from Nordstrom to the kitchen

The Liege Waffle Co. owner and chef Tristan Chiu is serving a Belgian delicacy to Nashville. “We are using this opportunity at Assembly Food Hall to spread the word and share what we do and in the long run, hopefully have other waffle shops," Chiu said.
