Boutique hotel pitched for Lake Minnetonka Yacht Club building in Spring Park

Olsen Global submitted plans to the city showing interest in converting the Lake Minnetonka Yacht Club building into a 26-room hotel. The building could also have a restaurant, coworking space and seasonal boat slips.
