Russia's unprovoked invasion of neighboring Ukraine has brought COVID-19 vaccinations to a halt, the World Health Organization said Thursday, and had a devastating effect on Ukraine's overall health system, severely limiting access to services and creating an urgent need to treat trauma injuries.
