House passes bill offering nearly $14 billion in aid to Ukraine

The House voted Wednesday evening in favor of a bipartisan appropriations package with a price tag in the trillions after months of stalling and debate, and as Congress faced a Friday deadline to approve government funding or risk a shutdown.
