                    Dividend: PHT: $0.1375
                              MHI: $0.0700
                              MAV: $0.0750
                              PHD: $0.1450
                              PBF: $0.0955(a)
                              HNW: $0.1980

(a) At this time, the PBF Trust believes that a portion of this distribution may include a return of capital, in addition to net investment income.
