Glancy Binkow & Goldberg LLP announces that all purchasers of the common stock of Orrstown Financial Services, Inc. (“Orrstown” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ:ORRF) pursuant to the Company’s March 24, 2010 public offering, including purchasers of Orrstown common stock between March 24, 2010 and October 27, 2011, inclusive (the “Class Period”), have until July 24, 2012 to file a motion with the Court to be appointed as Lead Plaintiff. The shareholder lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Orrstown operates as the bank holding company for Orrstown Bank, which provides various commercial banking and trust services in Pennsylvania and Maryland. The Complaint alleges that in the Company’s February 23, 2010 Registration Statement, in its March 24, 2010 Prospectus Supplement, and during the Class Period, Orrstown issued materially false and misleading statements regarding the Company’s lending practices and financial results. Specifically, the Registration Statement contained misleading statements concerning, among other things, the stringent nature of Orrstown Bank’s credit practices and underwriting standards and the quality of its loan portfolio.
