Ionic Rare Earths Ltd (ASX:IXR, OTC:IXRRF) managing director Tim Harrison speaks to Proactive's Thomas Warner after the publication of a definitive feasibility study (DFS) for the Makuutu Rare Earths Project in Uganda. Harrison says that the findings of the DFS provides Ionic with "a lot of confidence to move forward" with the project.
