On March 12, the shop opened a newly expanded area at 860 Olive St. Eugene, Oregon, to accommodate more clients, said Kristen Fischer, Analog owner and manager.
Voted one of the “Best of Eugene” barber shops, Analog prides itself on its skilled and experienced barbers who strive to give clients their best haircut and shave.
“Clients are always our top priority, and this expansion enables us to help more people show their unique personality through their personal style,” Fischer said.
Fischer took over the eclectic-styled shop at 860 Olive Street in 2021 during the pandemic and has taken strategic steps to help the downtown business grow and thrive. With eight experienced barbers now on staff, the shop is open seven days a week to meet the demand for services, and the expansion enables Fischer to start recruiting two more barbers to complete the Analog team.
While men traditionally patronize barber shops for shaves and haircuts, Fischer has created a space that welcomes and encourages all to find their true selves through hair expression.
Aside from a well-trained staff and premium products, Analog is an eclectic shop that offers clients an artistic atmosphere that instills comfort, relaxation, and a love of music with vinyl album covers on the walls.
Fischer said when she took over management of Analog two years ago, her goal was for the shop to be the “hub of barber education” in Eugene. As a result, all Analog barbers participate in ongoing education and training to inspire their creativity and stay knowledgeable about new trends.
“I feel we are growing in an artistic way that fits all, and our barbers are having fun while showing their artistic talents to bring out the ‘true you’ in clients,” Fischer said.
