WINNIPEG, MB: Prairie Containers, a Winnipeg portable storage company, has announced that it has acquired Veracon and EasyStor, merging the capabilities of the two companies.
Prairie Containers was formed by the purchase and merger of Veracon, a Winnipeg junk removal and bin rental company, and EasyStor, a Winnipeg portable storage company. This merger aims to provide customers with a more convenient way to store goods, clean up spaces, and remove junk.
The company is targeting construction and restoration companies with this merger. These industries commonly need short-term storage solutions while projects are being completed; they also need junk bins for construction debris, and junk removal services for large appliances and other objects. By combining the capabilities of Veracon and EasyStor, Prairie Containers is able to offer all of the above.
In addition, Prairie Containers serves the retail sector, providing mobile storage for moves, junk bins for yard cleanups, as well as stand-alone junk removal services.
