On September 1, 2026, REDWOOD CAPITAL BANCORP (OTCQX: RWCB), the only locally owned and operated community bank holding company in Humboldt County, California, announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Redwood Capital Bank, plans to open a non-branch Loan Production Office (LPO) in Redding, California, and has hired Jamie Robertson as Commercial Relationship Manager.

The planned Redding LPO represents Redwood Capital Bank’s continued commitment to strategic growth and will expand the bank’s commercial lending presence in Redding and throughout Shasta County. The LPO will focus on building relationships with local businesses and providing the personalized and relationship-based approach that have been hallmarks of Redwood Capital Bank for more than two decades.
