Sincere Foundation Welcomes Program Manager

Julia Chase will lead day-to-day operations and nonprofit partnerships

Sincere Foundation (www.sincere.com) today announced that Julia Chase has joined the organization in the role of Program Manager. Since its inception in 2023, Sincere Foundation has awarded $735,000 in total grants to Massachusetts nonprofits that address the basic needs of a community – food security, housing stability, and safe spaces. Julia will lead day-to-day operations and nonprofit partnerships alongside Executive Director, Rebecca Reiner, as Sincere Foundation continues to increase its funding, reach, and impact across Massachusetts communities.

Julia joins Sincere Foundation after a career in higher education publishing. Her continued passion for local volunteerism and nonprofits led her to pursue a fulltime role in philanthropic giving. She is a founding member, former President of the Board of Directors, and current member of the Marketing and Artisan Committees of the Ashland Farmers Market. She also currently sits on the Board for Metrowest Nonprofit Network, Ashland Education Foundation, and the Ashland Economic Development Council.

Sincere Foundation considers grants from organizations that are a registered 501(c)3 within the USA, have a total operating budget of $25 million or less, provide services within Massachusetts, and align with the organization’s funding priorities. Grant proposals for up to $25,000 must be submitted by September 12, 2025 for review in December 2025.
