Sapyen and IVF London have announced a strategic partnership to expand access to home-based male fertility diagnostics across the United Kingdom
-- Sapyen and IVF London today announced a strategic partnership to expand access to home-based male fertility diagnostics across the United Kingdom, supporting earlier assessment and more accessible pathways for patients beginning their fertility journey.

The partnership will see Sapyen become IVF London’s exclusive provider of Sapyen-branded mail-in semen analysis kits, helping patients access male fertility testing from home while remaining connected to IVF London’s clinical pathway and wider fertility expertise.
Male factors are understood to contribute to a significant proportion of infertility cases, yet male fertility assessment can often take place later in the patient journey. By enabling earlier access to semen analysis, Sapyen and IVF London aim to support faster clinical decision-making, encourage greater male participation in fertility care and improve access to high-quality diagnostic services.
The collaboration brings together IVF London’s clinical leadership in reproductive medicine with Sapyen’s home diagnostics platform. Patients referred through IVF London will be able to complete mail-in semen analysis from home, with laboratory analysis supported through the agreed Sapyen–IVF London pathway and results made available to support clinical review.
Beyond patient access, the partnership provides a framework for service innovation, education and potential future collaboration in male reproductive healthcare, subject to the appropriate clinical, operational and commercial approvals.
Ashwin Ramachandran, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sapyen, said the partnership represented an important milestone in the company’s mission to modernise fertility diagnostics through collaboration with leading fertility providers.
He said: “IVF London has established itself as one of the United Kingdom’s leading fertility clinics through its commitment to clinical excellence, innovation and patient care. We’re incredibly proud to partner with a team that shares our ambition to improve how men engage with their reproductive health.
"For too long, male fertility testing has remained one of the major bottlenecks in reproductive medicine. When diagnostics become more accessible, men engage earlier, clinicians receive better information, and treatment decisions can be made with greater confidence.
"IVF London shares that vision, and we’re excited to work together to make earlier male fertility assessment a more routine part of fertility care.”
Mr Alpesh Doshi, Founder and Medical Director of IVF London, said the partnership reflected the clinic’s commitment to adopting innovation where it delivers meaningful benefits for patients.
He added: “Our focus has always been to combine clinical excellence with innovation that genuinely improves patient care. We believe home-based male fertility diagnostics have an increasingly important role to play in modern reproductive medicine, provided they are delivered within a clear clinical and laboratory framework.
"Sapyen has developed a platform that aligns closely with that philosophy, and we are pleased to establish this partnership. Ultimately, our objective is simple: to make it easier for patients to access high-quality fertility assessment without compromising the clinical standards they expect.”
The partnership reflects a broader evolution in reproductive healthcare, with fertility providers increasingly exploring home-based diagnostics to improve access, accelerate assessment and engage men earlier in the fertility journey. Through collaborations with clinics across multiple regions, Sapyen continues to expand access to home male fertility diagnostics while supporting more efficient and patient-centred models of care.
