-- AUSTIN, TX — A growing national youth movement centered around liberty politics is converging on Kentucky’s 4th Congressional District ahead of Congressman Thomas Massie’s Republican primary, with activists from 27 states traveling to Kentucky to knock on doors, mobilize voters, and support one of the country’s most recognized liberty conservatives.

These students, trained and recruited by Young Americans for Liberty (YAL), will knock on over 250,000 doors before Election Day on May 19.

The operation represents the largest single district mobilization in the history of YAL’s nationally recognized “Operation Win at the Door” program.

“What we’re seeing right now is bigger than one race,” said YAL CEO Jeff Frazee. “Young people across the country are looking for leaders who actually stand on principle, challenge the political establishment, and consistently fight for liberty. For these activists, Thomas Massie represents that.”

Most of the activists participating are college students and young professionals who voluntarily traveled from across the country to participate in the effort.

“This generation is tired of being lied to,” Frazee said. “They want action. They want authenticity. They want leaders who actually mean what they say, and they’re willing to travel across the country to fight for it.”

The activists involved in the Kentucky effort were trained through YAL’s “Operation Win at the Door” program, a grassroots field operation that teaches young activists how to effectively communicate and impact their communities through door-to-door canvassing.

Since launching in 2018, activists trained through Operation Win at the Door have knocked on more than 6 million doors nationwide, helping elect liberty legislators and fight for liberty legislation across the country.

Christopher Pino, a 26 year old activist from Melbourne, Florida, left his job to join the Kentucky operation.

“I came to Kentucky because politicians like Thomas Massie are rare,” Pino said. “Most people my age are tired of politicians who say one thing and do another. Massie actually stands on principle, and that’s worth fighting for.”

Tim Kochevar, a 29 year old activist from Concord Township, Ohio, said the race represents something much bigger than one congressional district.

“I don’t even live in Kentucky, but what happens here matters nationally,” Kochevar said. “People are looking for leaders who are willing to challenge the system instead of becoming part of it.”

Derek Pardue, a 28 year old activist from Bradenton, Florida, said younger voters are increasingly motivated by issues around economic freedom, government accountability, and the future of the country.

“There’s a real shift happening right now,” Pardue said. “A lot of people in my generation are realizing that bigger government, more spending, and more political noise aren’t improving their lives. Liberty is starting to make sense to people again.”

YAL currently has chapters on hundreds of college campuses nationwide and continues to expand its youth activist and grassroots operations across the country.

The Kentucky 4th Congressional District Republican primary will be held May 19.
