The new three-course ‘prix-fixe’ or set menu at Christini’s Ristorante Italiano features several Italian entrees, main courses, and desserts with a distinct focus on summer flavors and seasonal ingredients.

For the first course, diners can select from three different entrees, including Christini’s ‘Polpette di Vitello’ with meatballs and Pomodoro sauce and the ‘Fettucine Alla Christini,’ an authentic fettucine alfredo. For vegetarians, the restaurant serves the ‘Insalata con Funghi,’ a wild mushroom salad with mixed greens.
Five different options are available for the main course to cater to diverse palates. One of the heartiest options is the ‘Filetto al Barolo,’ a fillet mignon steak with Barolo wine, wild mushrooms, and pearl onions. Seafood fans can order the ‘Gamberoni Ala Fradiavolo,’ a linguine dish with Oishi shrimp and Pescatore sauce. For vegetarians or those who would prefer a lighter dish, the restaurant offers ‘Melanzane Alla Parmigiana,’ featuring crispy, fried eggplant with imported cheeses and Pomodoro sauce.
To complete the meal, a selection from three of Christini’s signature desserts will also be offered. For a classic Italian treat, diners can choose the restaurant’s famed cannoli. Alternatively, the ‘Torta di Lime,’ a lime tart, is also available for selection alongside chocolate and vanilla gelato.
