O2 Investment Partners (www.o2investment.com) is excited to announce the branding of its commercial paving platform, established in April 2026. Following O2’s initial investment in Atlas Asphalt, this new platform sets the stage for future partnerships with other complementary, premium assets in space. The platform will operate under the name Ironcore Paving.

Ironcore will be a trusted commercial paving maintenance provider, helping its clients maintain safe and durable properties with strong curb appeal and maximum functionality.

To lead this platform, O2 has appointed Jared O’Connell as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Jared joins Ironcore Paving from Alpine-backed Leo Facility Management, where he was most recently Chief Operating Officer. At Leo, he and his team built an integrated service platform and commercial organization that improved service outcomes for customers nationally.

As CEO, Jared will oversee all aspects of the Company’s operations, including strategy, M&A, financial delivery, sales execution, operating processes and systems, and the shared services backbone.
