Military spouses stationed at a Corvias-managed installation are invited to apply for a scholarship that may be used for college, professional licensure, certification, and more.

"Military spouses contribute enormously to their communities, workplaces, and families while continuing to invest in their own education and professional growth," said Julie Allen, executive director of Corvias Foundation. "This scholarship recognizes their commitment to lifelong learning and provides flexible support that can help them pursue the next step in their educational or career journey."

As Corvias Foundation celebrates its 20th anniversary, the scholarship reflects the organization's longstanding commitment to helping military families achieve educational and career success. Since 2006, the Foundation has invested more than $20 million to support military-connected families on their educational and professional journeys. Scholarship recipients may use funds for a wide range of expenses, including tuition, technology, certification and licensing fees, professional exams, online program costs, and other education-related needs.

According to the Department of War’s (DOW) 2024 Active-Duty Spouse Survey, military spouse employment is closely tied to military family financial well-being and overall readiness, while unemployment among military spouses remains approximately 20%.

This year's scholarship recipients will join more than 500 military-connected families whose educational advancement has been supported by Corvias Foundation during the past two decades. Additional upcoming offerings include the Purple Tassel Vocational Achievement Scholarship, with applications opening on October 12, 2026.

While scholarships remain a cornerstone of its work, Corvias Foundation has been expanding its impact to strengthen educational and career journeys by driving community-driven partnerships that open pathways to achievement. Through Opportunity Hubs, the Corvias Foundation connects communities with resources, tools, and partners to open pathways for achievement, foster transformative connections, and prepare students for life-enriching college and career decisions.
