Brings Multifamily Maintenance Movement to Austin, TX April 27-29 With All-Access Programming and Passes Selling Out Soon

Fixed Summit, the event built exclusively for multifamily maintenance and facilities professionals, today announced expanded programming for the 2026 event, April 27–29 at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort near Austin. The lineup features OSHA-certified safety training, live equipment demos, peer-led breakout sessions and the return of the FXD Built Different challenge — all designed by and for the technicians, supervisors, directors and operations leaders that keep properties running.

Following its inaugural sold-out debut, Fixed Summit returns to welcome Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), regional ownership groups, and MRO suppliers – many returning, many new – who represent over 2.5 million units. On Monday, April 27, Fixed Summit will introduce the FXD Innovation Preview, immersing attendees into product demonstration stations – from clamping pipes on pressurized rigs to life-size non-compliant door displays and maintenance software diagnostics. The evening caps with tacos, taps and live music from the Chris Story Band.

Maintenance leaders and subject matter experts take the main stage on Tuesday, April 28, merging fire and life safety, CO detection, A2L and infrared readiness with an industry-wide training imperative. Interactive stage-to-subject breakouts allow attendees at every role to apply knowledge in real-time and back in the field – a fixture of the event’s zero booth format.

Little Giant Ladder Systems returns with OSHA-certified ladder safety training delivered live onsite, followed by the Amazing Race: Maintenance Edition, where attendees compete to complete tasks and give back to local families in need with Move for Hunger.
