Firm names seasoned industry leaders to anchor growth in two high-demand Sunbelt markets

Trammell Crow Residential (TCR), one of the largest multifamily developers in the United States, today announced the expansion of its national platform with the opening of new offices in Phoenix, Arizona and Nashville, Tennessee. The expansion further strengthens the on-the-ground presence of TCR, the multifamily development platform of real estate investment management and development firm Crow Holdings, in two of the country’s fastest-growing and most dynamic multifamily markets.

To lead the new offices, TCR has named Tom Lewis as Managing Director in Phoenix and Peter Davis as Managing Director in Nashville. Both executives bring deep regional expertise and extensive experience executing high-quality multifamily development in their respective markets.

Based in Phoenix, Lewis will be responsible for identifying and executing new market-rate multifamily development opportunities throughout the region, overseeing projects from site selection and entitlements through construction, lease-up, and disposition. He brings more than a decade of experience leading large-scale multifamily development across the Southwest, with a track record that includes thousands of units delivered and more than $1.5 billion in total capitalization.

Davis brings a diverse background spanning acquisitions, development, finance, and capital markets, with direct experience delivering multifamily and mixed-use projects across the Southeast.
