Natus Sensory Acquires Keriton to Expand Connected Newborn Care Portfolio

Natus Sensory, a global leader in sensory and newborn care solutions, today announced the acquisition of Keriton, a U.S.-based innovator in SaaS technology for neonatal and pediatric feeding management. This strategic acquisition strengthens Natus Sensory’s commitment to delivering comprehensive, connected care for newborns and their families.

A unified ecosystem for newborn care

Keriton’s innovative cloud-based platform streamlines breast milk and formula tracking, feeding workflows, and lactation support, driving improvements in safety, nursing workflows, and family engagement in NICUs and pediatric care settings. By integrating Keriton’s solution with Natus Sensory’s extensive portfolio, including hearing screening and vision screening devices, jaundice phototherapy systems, NicView® video monitoring, and Neometrics® case management and reporting software and services, Natus Sensory will offer hospitals and clinicians a unified ecosystem for newborn care.

“Keriton is a strong strategic and cultural fit for Natus Sensory,” says Peter Reimer, CEO of Natus Sensory. “Their proven impact on feeding safety and focus on supporting clinical teams in the NICU and pediatric care settings aligns directly with our mission to shape the future of newborn care, where every baby has the best start in life through trusted solutions and clinical expertise. This acquisition strengthens our Newborn Care portfolio and deepens our role as a long-term partner to hospitals and care teams.”

Scale our impact, accelerate innovation, and bring greater value

“Joining Natus Sensory marks an exciting next chapter for Keriton, accelerating adoption of our mission critical platform,” said Adam Dakin, CEO of Keriton. “We share an unwavering commitment to improving outcomes for newborns and supporting the clinicians and families who care for them. Together, we will be able to scale our impact, accelerate innovation, and bring greater value to NICUs and pediatric units worldwide.”
