National Leader in Real Estate Education Supports Rising Stars in the Industry
Colibri Real Estate, a premier provider of real estate education, proudly announces its continued sponsorship of RISMedia’s 2025 Real Estate Rookie of the Year Awards, reaffirming its commitment to elevating and celebrating the industry’s next generation of talent.
The prestigious awards program highlights exceptional achievements by real estate professionals who earned their license on or after January 1, 2023. For 2025, the program will honor outstanding new agents with five regional winners and one national winner, selected based on their innovative contributions and exceptional client service throughout 2024.

Selection Criteria Include:
- 2024 Residential Sales Metrics: Volume and transaction data
- Professional Education Investment: Dedication to ongoing learning
- Technology & Online Presence: Innovative use of tools to serve clients
- Community Impact: Active participation in strengthening local neighborhoods
Nominations are open now through May 8, 2025. Five regional finalists will be announced in June, followed by the selection of regional winners in July. The national winner will be crowned at RISMedia's 37th Annual CEO & Leadership Exchange this September in Washington, D.C.
Last year’s remarkable winner, Heather Stenson of Connect Realty, exemplified the power of focus and determination. Transitioning from teaching to real estate, she closed 37 transactions and over $7.3 million in sales during her first year.
