Peer-recognized immigration leader to drive scale, transformation, and differentiation in client service delivery

Vialto Partners, a global leader in workforce mobility, tax, and immigration solutions, today announced the appointment of Ayesha Blackwell-Hawkins as Senior Vice President. She will play a central role in scaling and transforming Vialto’s award-winning immigration capabilities, and will work closely with Rob Burke, Vialto’s Chief Operating Officer, and Sharan Kundi, Vialto’s Immigration Service Leader.

Based in New York, Blackwell-Hawkins is a seasoned leader with more than 20 years of experience building immigration and global mobility programs for global companies in the high-tech and healthcare sectors, including Google, Amazon, and Johnson & Johnson. She began her legal career practicing immigration law for more than a decade, representing large multinational corporations in the financial services, fashion, manufacturing and pharmaceutical sectors, before joining Bristol Myers Squibb as Counsel, Immigration.

During her career, Blackwell-Hawkins has advised multinational companies on US corporate immigration law and global workforce mobility across more than 30 territories. She also served for a decade on the Board of Directors of the Council for Global Immigration (formerly the American Council on International Personnel).
