The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Covenant Care California, LLC (“Covenant Care”) with respect to their recent data breach. On or about November 14, 2023, Covenant Care became aware of an unauthorized cybersecurity incident on their network. Upon discovery, Covenant Care immediately launched an investigation into the incident. On August 9, 2024, after a thorough review of the impacted data, Covenant Care determined that between November 12, 2023, and November 14, 2023, an unauthorized party copied certain files from their system. Covenant Care started mailing notices to the affected individuals on August 29, 2024.
