Federman & Sherwood Investigates Tuttle-Click Automotive Group for Data Breach

The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Tuttle-Click Automotive Group with respect to their recent data breach. On December 5, 2024, Tuttle-Click Automotive Group identified suspicious activity on its network and that certain systems were encrypted by malware. Upon discovering the event, TCAG moved quickly to bring its systems offline, ensure the security of the network, and launched an investigation into the nature and scope of the event The investigation determined that an unknown actor gained access to certain TCAG systems and accessed and/or acquired certain data from the network. The information that could have been accessed includes individuals name and Social Security number.
