Federman & Sherwood investigates Kemper Sports Management, LLC for data breach. On September 9, 2024, KemperSports filed a notice of data breach with the Attorney General’s Office of Maine after discovering unauthorized access to their network. KemperSports launched an investigation into the incident and determined the unauthorized access occurred on April 1, 2024, and involved access to certain individuals personal and sensitive information (mainly pertaining to current and former employees). KemperSports manages golf courses, resorts, private clubs, and sports venues.
