Federman & Sherwood investigates Welcome Health for data breach. On July 8, 2024, Welcome Health became aware of suspicious activity on a Welcome Health user’s email account. Welcome Health launched an investigation into the incident and determined that between June 11, 2024, and July 8, 2024, an unauthorized party accessed Welcome Health’s systems which contain individuals personal and sensitive information. On September 9, 2024, Welcome Health reported the data breach to the California Attorney General.
