The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Ongoing Operations and FedComp with respect to their recent data breach. On or about November 26, 2023, Ongoing Operations’ network experienced an unauthorized cybersecurity incident. Upon discovery, Ongoing Operations immediately launched an investigation into the incident.
