The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Around the Clock Companies (“ATC”) with respect to their recent data breach. Between January 30, 2024, and June 18, 2024, ATC experienced an unauthorized cybersecurity incident on their network. Upon discovery, ATC immediately launched an investigation into the incident. On August 1, 2024, after reviewing the impacted data, ATC determined that certain individuals sensitive and personal information was accessed. On August 16, 2024, ATC began mailing notification letters to patients they believe may have been affected.
