The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Arden Claims Service, LLC with respect to their recent data breach. On or about October 3, 2023, Arden Claims Service experienced an unauthorized cybersecurity incident on their network. Upon discovery, Arden Claims Service immediately launched an investigation into the incident. On August 6, 2024, after reviewing the impacted data, Arden Claims Service determined that certain individuals sensitive and personal information was accessed. On August 12, 2024, Arden Claims Service began mailing notification letters to patients they believe may have been affected.
