The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Enterprise Financial Group Inc. (“EFG”), with respect to their recent data breach. On February 18, 2024, EFG became aware of an unauthorized cybersecurity incident on their network. EFG immediately launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation concluded on July 15, 2024, and determined that an unauthorized party accessed certain individuals’ sensitive information on EFG’s network. EFG began sending out notices to potentially impacted individuals on August 14, 2024.
