The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP (“DHC”) with respect to their recent data breach. On August 18, 2023, DHC became aware of an unauthorized cybersecurity incident on their network. DHC immediately launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation concluded on July 11, 2024, and determined that an unauthorized party accessed certain individuals’ sensitive information on DHC’s network between January 12, 2023, and August 18, 2023. On August 9, 2024, DHC began sending out notices to potentially impacted customers.
