The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into CSC Service Works (“CSC”) with respect to their recent data breach. On February 4, 2024, CSC became aware of an unauthorized cybersecurity incident on their network. CSC immediately launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized party accessed certain individuals’ sensitive information on CSC’s network between September 23, 2023, to February 4, 2024. The investigation concluded on June 17, 2024, resulting in CSC sending out notices to potentially impacted customers.

The type of information potentially exposed includes:

• Social Security number
• date of birth
• financial information (bank account and routing number)
• health insurance
• limited medical information
