The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Lamont Hanley & Associates, Inc. (“LH”) with respect to their recent data breach. On June 20, 2023, LH discovered one employee email account was accessed by an unauthorized party. LH immediately secured their systems and launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation concluded on February 28, 2024, and determined an unauthorized third party may have accessed some sensitive information.
