The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into American International College with respect to their recent data breach. On December 3, 2023, American International College discovered suspicious activity in its environment. Upon learning this, American International College immediately launched an investigation to determine the nature and scope of the activity. The investigation determined that there was unauthorized access to American International College environment between November 14, 2023 and December 3, 2023. The investigation also determined that an unauthorized actor had the ability to access or take certain information stored on the network during that period of time. The information that was accessed included individuals name and Social Security number.
