With extensive experience in strategic leadership and a distinguished record in the retail sector, Mr. Paull brings valuable insights that will support Rowan’s continued growth, operational excellence and innovation to continue to provide ear piercings by licensed nurses to all.
Mr. Paull was the Senior Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of McDonald's Corporation, from July 2001 until he retired from that position in January 2008. Prior to joining McDonald's in 1993, Mr. Paull was a partner at Ernst & Young where he managed a variety of financial practices during his 18-year tenure.
Currently, Mr. Paull holds board positions with Canadian Pacific and Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. He joins an accomplished Rowan Inc., board that includes Tracy Gardner, Board Member at The Gap and Fair Harbor; Alisa Williams Carmichael, Partner at VMG Partners; and Ana Badell, Chief Transformation Officer at Lululemon.
