Federman & Sherwood investigates FTV Employment Services and its affiliates (“FTV”) for data breach. In October and November 2023, FTV detected unusual activity on their network involving two separate unauthorized third parties. FTV immediately launched an investigation into the incidents. On September 3, 2024, after a thorough review of the information gathered during the investigation, FTV determined that certain individuals personal and sensitive information was accessed between January 25, 2023, and November 6, 2023. FTV is an industrial technology company based out of Everett, Washington.
