Federman & Sherwood investigates Mile Hi Foods Company (“Mile Hi”) for data breach. On October 23, 2024, Mile Hi filed notice of a data breach with the Attorney General of Texas. Mile Hi experienced a cybersecurity incident involving their network on September 13, 2024. Mile Hi immediately launched an investigation into the incident determining an unauthorized third party gained access to their network. After a thorough review of the information gathered during the investigation concluded on October 2, 2024, it was determined that certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information was exposed and/or acquired.

• Other sensitive information

Mile Hi publicly started mailing notices on October 22, 2024.

Mile Hi distributes all food and paper related products to several hundred McDonald's restaurants in Colorado and surrounding states.
