Federman & Sherwood investigates Texas Spine Consultants (“TSC”) for data breach. On October 15, 2024, TSC filed notice of a data breach with the Attorney General of Texas. TSC experienced a cybersecurity incident involving an employee’s email account on May 13, 2024. TSC immediately launched an investigation into the incident. A review of information gathered during the investigation concluded on September 5, 2024, and determined that patient information was accessed.

- Social Security Number
- Other sensitive information
On October 4, 2024, TSC completed the list of individuals affected by the data breach.
