The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into IMX Medical Management Services with respect to their recent data breach. On or around July 27, 2023, IMX Medical Management Services notified providers/employees that the company experienced a data breach after an unauthorized party accessed sensitive consumer data entrusted to the company, which was discovered on September 1, 2022. According to IMX Medical Management Services, they determined that information stored on their servers may have been subject to unauthorized access between June 2022-October 26, 2022. IMX Medical Management Services has only disclosed that driver’s licenses/State IDs were exposed in the data breach.
