  • Maintained the ISS Highest Quality Score of “1” for governance and improved ISS Quality Scores of “1” for Social matters and “2” for Environmental matters;
  • Increased minority hires corporate-wide, including new CEO John A. Martins; corporate workforce comprised of 76% female and 35% historically underrepresented employees.
  • Improved Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index (GEI) score by 10 percentage points.
  • Earned Energage 2021 Top Workplace Award for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
  • Collaborated with Florida Atlantic University’s Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing to conduct a national survey about nurse satisfaction and supported nursing students with an annual $25,000 donation.
  • Planted 350 trees across Florida on World Ozone Day.
