UNIONDALE, NY / ACCESS Newswire / October 23, 2025 / Marquis Who's Who Honors Elsa J. Brown for her work as the owner and president of Bondtech Corp. Well-regarded for her expertise in business and development, she also serves as the board chair of the Somerset Foundation. For her achievements in business and development, Ms. Brown was honored with inclusion in Marquis Who's Who in March 2025.

About Ms. Elsa Brown
Originally hailing from Guatemala, Ms. Brown was particularly impressed by her aunt when she was growing up. As a widow, her aunt took over the family farm's operations and ran it exceptionally well. The result of her aunt's hard work was that all her children became professionals as adults.
Drawing inspiration from her aunt's accomplishments, Ms. Brown immigrated to the United States after receiving a business secretarial degree from Liceo Secretarial Bilingüe in Guatemala in 1972. She later earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and management, with a minor in Spanish, from Southern Illinois University.
Ms. Brown founded Bondtech Corp. in 1986, which specializes in designing, engineering and manufacturing autoclave systems. It is headquartered in Somerset, Kentucky, and serves more than 32 countries. The company has a solid track record and has exemplified international leadership over the decades it has been in business.
"I built my career by paying close attention to details, never compromising on quality, always being honest and being willing to go the extra mile for customers and employees alike," says Ms. Brown.
Notable Work With the Somerset Foundation
Even though Ms. Brown has been successful in the autoclave systems industry, the Somerset Foundation is a particular point of pride. She has dedicated a substantial amount of time and energy to assisting the impoverished.
In the U.S., the Somerset Foundation constructed a community and event center for local activities. The proceeds from facility rentals will be dedicated to supporting the organization's mission to provide medical care, food, education and essential aid to the underprivileged.
"Every rental and every event held in the center contributes to improving lives and bringing hope to families in need. In addition, we continue to seek donors and raise funds so that our impact may grow even greater," Ms. Brown explains.
The Somerset Foundation is dedicated to providing opportunities to those in need through education and sustainable support. Compassion is at the core of Ms. Brown and the organization's commitment to helping others transform their lives for the better.
"Our work extends not only within the U.S. but also to other countries where the needs are urgent, including Romania, Guatemala, Mexico and the Dominican Republic," Ms. Brown says.
In Romania, the organization is focusing on education by providing academic support. The Somerset Foundation provides healthy snacks to students and also has its personnel on site after school hours to help pupils with their assignments. In Guatemala and the Dominican Republic, the organization is donating school supplies, backpacks, uniforms and laptops to students in rural areas.
"These resources equip children with the tools they need to succeed. We believe that education is a powerful path to overcoming poverty and we are committed to making that opportunity accessible," Ms. Brown says.
