(I) Cathode & Electrolyte Preparation
CONELE provides customized equipment (Tilting High-Speed Mixer, precision batching machine, electrolyte disperser, etc.) for cathode materials (NCM/NCA, LFP, etc.) and electrolytes, ensuring purity, uniformity and stability with closed dust-free operation.
(II) Precursor Mixing & Cathode Coating
CONELE Tilting High-Speed Mixer (core equipment) integrates mixing and coating functions, achieving CV≤3% mixing uniformity and dense coating. It supports dry/wet coating, adapting to high-end cathode material production.
(III) Anode Material Mixing
CONELE’s anode mixing equipment (Tilting High-Speed Mixer, fiber dispersion machine) solves agglomeration issues, ensuring uniform mixing of graphite, silicon-carbon anode and fiber auxiliaries, with nitrogen protection and fast mixing (1-3 mins/batch).
(IV) Dry & Wet Integrated Slurry Mixing
CONELE’s integrated mixer realizes one-stop dry mixing, granulation, homogenization and vacuum defoaming, producing bubble-free slurry (60%-80% solid content, ≤500ppm moisture) for mass production.
(V) Dry Electrode Mixer Solution
CONELE Dry Electrode Mixer achieves solvent-free mixing, binder pre-fibrillation and nano-level dispersion (CV≤2.5%), with dual cooling system and closed operation, suitable for solid-state battery production, saving 30% energy.
